Returns & Refunds

We hope you fall in love with your purchase from us but do know that shopping online can be tricky. We are happy to offer you a full refund or exchange if needed within 14 days of receipt. 

To complete your return or exchange we require your name and original order number. Please include them in any correspondence with any returned items along with your reason for return and if you want a refund or exchange. Please return via the Royal Mail Recorded Delivery service to:-

All goods must be returned to us unworn, unused and undamaged in the original packaging with original labels. 
If you require a refund, we will credit the purchaser’s card for the sum paid minus postage costs. Refunds will be made within 28 days of the date we receive your returned item(s).
We can only exchange an item subject to availability.
Exchanged items can only be dispatched after the returned goods have been received and undergone a quality control check.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty. 
Returns received after 14 days are accepted at our discretion, if 14 days have gone by since your purchase, please contact us first.

Faulty Items
We reserve the right to request that faulty items are returned to us before we issue an exchange or a refund and must be informed of any fault within 3 days of receipt. Delivery charge and returned postage will only be refunded if the item is faulty.

Special orders
Products that are ordered from a supplier at the specific request of a customer are non-refundable unless there is a fault with the product.
